We will add you to the WhatsApp group for the adventure thereafter and all comms will take place in there.

Cancellation policy
Payment is non-refundable. If for any reason you will no longer be able to make it, you can cancel up to two weeks before the trip and your funds will be rolled over for a future trip. If you cancel within 2 weeks before the trip, you will forfeit your payment as we would have incurred costs on your behalf.

If we have to cancel the trip due to adverse weather outside our control, we will not be able to make a refund as we would have incurred costs but we will be able to rollover your payment to a future trip.

We reserve the right to change the event location due to weather conditions for safety reasons. If you choose to cancel because of a location change, no refund will be issued and we cannot rollover your payment to a future trip.

Transportation
Kindly drive yourself to the meeting point. If you do not have a car, we will make every effort to pair you up with someone from your city who you can do carshare with. Pairing you up is not guaranteed so if we cannot pair you up, we will let you know.

If you drive, we will pair non car owners with you to kindly bring to the meeting point and transfer £10 to you for each person you pick up. Thank you for being an awesome human!

Packing List

1. Please wear waterproof boot
2. Depending on the weather on the day, come with a thick waterproof jacket, waterproof trousers, hat and gloves
3. Please bring snacks/fruits and water
4. Fully charged phone and power bank to capture your experience
5. Sunshades just in case we get lucky with the weather!

Note
A few days before the adventure, we will review the weather for our meet up day and if it is too poor, we will make a decision which will be communicated in the WhatsApp group.
